This spacious two storey 'upside-down' holiday cottage is set in the courtyard. The living room upstairs takes full advantage of superb views across the rolling countryside with a tantalizing glimpse of the sea along the North Cornwall coastline. A private terrace to the rear facing south acts as a suntrap.

For most of its life the ground floor of the holiday cottage formed a significant part of the dairy, and the first floor a section of the granary. During the year 2000 the building was tastefully transformed into luxurious holiday accommodation for eight. The Cottage was named after the Priory of St Stephens at Launceston (in Cornwall), owners of Treworgie between 1288 -1540. Priory is attached to Duchy Cottage.

This is an ideal holiday cottage in Cornwall for groups of 8 people or less.

Stairs from the living room lead to two gallery single bedrooms with beams, velux windows and sloping ceilings.
