Butterwell at Treworgie Barton

This upside-down two storey cottage has magnificent views across the rolling Cornwall countryside with a tantalizing glimpse of Dartmoor in the distance. For most of its life, the ground floor of the Cottage formed part of the dairy, and the first floor part of the granary.

The building has being lovingly transformed into a bright and modern cottage, named after the Butterwell (Ancient fridge) found in the woods below Treworgie. Butterwell is attached to Duchy Cottage.

Butterwell Cottage has its own balcony, complete with patio furniture so you can sit and enjoy the glorious surroundings. At night, recessed deck lighting provides a spectacular atmosphere.
