Barnfield is a beautiful restored Grade II listed thatched holiday cottage on the edge of Exmoor within easy reach of North Devon's superb beaches.

The child friendly cottage sleeps 8-10 guests in 4 bedroom with 3 bathrooms in the sleepy village of Bratton Fleming a few miles outside Barnstaple in peaceful rural surroundings. There are a choice of country and woodland walks from the front door.

The house has plenty of living spaces including a lounge with a large inglenook fireplace and woodburner, a kitchen-diner, a separate dining room, utility room with a separate wet room, a ground floor double bedroom (zip and link beds) with level access to the BBQ terrace and a large games room with X-box, piano, Wii and other games.

It's a great cottage for large families or groups of friends to gather and socialise after a day on Exmoor or beaches such as Woolacombe or Saunton Sands.

Up stairs are three further bedrooms each sleeping 2 comprising a spacious master bedroom with king-size bed and en suite shower room, a second double bedroom and a bunk room with full-size beds.

Outside is a private garden with far reaching rural views, lawns and patios with outdoor dining on the BBQ terrace.

The cottage will appeal to families looking to spend time on the beaches and visiting North Devon's many family attractions or walkers looking to spend their days exploring the lanes, footpaths and moorland trails over Exmoor or along the idyllic North Devon coast.
