Situated almost equidistant between Seaford and Eastbourne, near the picturesque villages of East Dean and Friston, Gayles self catering accommodation offers unrivalled panoramic views across the South Downs and English Channel. Bordered by the National Trust?s Crowlink Estate to the East, Friston Forest to the North, The Seven Sisters Country Park to the West and with majestic chalk cliffs and the sea to the South the opportunities for hiking, biking, bird-watching, wandering and re-charging are exceptional.

The Stables (the cottage)

There are two double bedrooms and one single, a bathroom (with a huge bath), shower room, an upstairs television lounge (with a sofa bed) and, on the ground level, a large open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room. The Stables is furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout and has a widescreen television, DVD player, stereo separates (DAB radio and CD) and a microwave oven as well as all the usual kitchen essentials. There is a separate utilities room with a freezer, washing machine and tumble-dryer. Cold people may be relieved to hear that there is a large open fire and the whole is snugly centrally heated (by an oil fired system). Bedding and towels are provided. There is a (hard court) tennis court available.

Pleasant children are welcome and pets may be considered.
