set by the banks of the River Tees in the Heart of Teesdale.

Our cottage in Barnard Castle provides the most perfect location for a memorable holiday in the Northern Dales.

The Cottage is in a prime position at 'Scar Top', close to the Tourist Information centre. Step out of the front door and you can enjoy miles and miles of fantastic woodland walks, access to the historic Barnard Castle itself and all the amenities of a market town that's full of life - all this without crossing a single road.
