The Byre has a lovely double bedroom and a pretty, tree lined garden, ideal for relaxing and dining al fresco. The property is ideally positioned between the delightful village of Whittington and the market town of Ellesmere, which is surrounded by nine beautiful lakes and is known as Shropshire's Lakeland. The area around our self catering accommodation is renowned for good fishing, boating and sailing and for its wonderful wildlife. Shropshire, particularly around Ellesmere offers our guests many opportunities to visit historic cities, such as Chester and Shrewsbury with their ancient castles and lovely riverside walks. This self catering accommodation near Ellesmere is a perfect base for an active holiday or a romantic break.
