Peace and quiet at the end of a private drive, yet close to the local village of Llandegla with shop and two pubs. The new exciting Mountain Bike Centre in Llandegla Forest opened in July 2005.

Convenient for exploring nearby Llangollen (15 minutes by car), Ruthin (15 mins), Snowdonia, Bala (30 mins), Betws y Coed (40 mins) & Historic Chester only 30 mins away.

Well-placed for walking the Clwydian range, Llantysilio Mountains and Horseshoe Pass - Offa's Dyke path runs through the nearby village of Llandegla.

Yale Hall (the cottage)

Kitchen, with dining table - fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, automatic 'washer/dryer' machine, (small chest freezer in hall) ironing facilities. We provide many of the basics you require for your holiday such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, toilet rolls, salt, pepper, tea & sugar.

Sitting room- Free-standing oil stove, 2 double sofas, Colour Satellite TV ('free-sat') with DVD player. Wire-less broadband available

Central heating with heating charges included in your weekly rent. A selection of books, games and videos are also provided. We do not charge extra for bed linen, electricity or heating.

Cloakroom -with WC and wash hand basin.

Bathroom ? Double ended bath (taps in the middle) chrome mixer shower over bath, wash hand basin and WC. Personal towels are not supplied.

2 bedrooms - sleep 4 (One bedroom with one double bed and one bedroom with two single beds). The ?Laura Ashley? Victorian style beds are already made up on your arrival. Bed linen is provided: Duvets & covers, sheets, pillows & covers.

Due to the old character of the house, the bedrooms are inter-linked ? going through the twin bedroom to reach the double.

Ample private parking. Direct access onto large lawns and ? acre enclosed garden. Small sheltered court-yard with outside dining table and barbeque.

You are welcome to walk anywhere on the farm including the 35 acres of bluebell woodland, parkland and hayfields. Ideal for picnics.
