The cottage is built into the hill side with an open plan sitting/dining room and kitchen on the first floor which maximises the impact of this unique location with elevated views. Also on this level is a bathroom and entrance hall that exits onto a gravelled rear courtyard that provides ample parking immediately beside the back door. Downstairs there is a lower hallway and two bedrooms - one master double and one twin bedded room. The front door opens onto a paved terrace with far reaching views across the meadow to the lake and the distant mountains beyond. A picnic bench & patio furniture is provided. In addition, there is a glazed cedar summer house that provides a wonderful retreat on cooler evenings.
