This well appointed bungalow with an indoor heated pool, sauna and Jacuzzi tub is just a few miles from Aberystwyth and Aberaeron. Llanilar is an attractive village with a village shop, post office and pub which serves food. There is plenty to do in the area for all tastes and ages. You could try a journey by steam train to Devils Bridge or a walk along the prom in Aberystwyth, visit one of the numerous beaches along the Ceredigion coastline or spot the resident dolphins at New Quay

ACCOMODATION

Entrance is into the hallway where there is a Welsh dresser.

SPACIOUS LOUNGE has a modern inset pebble fire and is furnished with a comfortable cream leather corner sofa and chair, large flat screen TV with DVD, sky and a video. Huge patio doors lead to the garden and another double door leads through to the dining room.

DINING ROOM has a table and 6 leather chairs and double doors to the kitchen.

KITCHEN is fitted with a range of oak units, electric hob and oven, breakfast bar and microwave oven.

UTILITY ROOM has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer.

BEDROOM 1 has a double bed, built in wardrobe and bedroomfurniture.
EN-SUITE BATHROOM has a suite of bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.

BEDROOM 2 has a double bed and bedroom furniture.

BEDROOM 3 has twin beds, bedroomfurniture and a vanity unit.

FAMILY SHOWER ROOM has a suite of walk in shower with WC and wash hand basin.

CLOAKROOM with WC and wash hand basin. All the beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival. Towels are included.
A cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request.
No pets and no smoking.
Heating and electricity is included in the rental from May to September, at all other times there is a £50 charge (please pay owner).

HEATED INDOOR POOL The heated indoor pool (approx 30' x15') is accessed from the rear hallway via a locked door. As well as the pool there is a sauna, small rigid Jacuzzi and a power shower over corner bath. The pool is used strictly according to the owner's rules.

GARDEN A door leads from the pool room to the large enclosed sun trap rear garden which has attractive planting, a patio with table & chairs & BBQ and gravelled areas as well as a tropical gazebo with seating.
Parking for 3 cars on the drive.
