Valley Farm is found at the end of a woodland track close to the picturesque village of Broomfield. The house is situated on the south side of the valley and is therefore very bright with views over its own land and the surrounding mixed woodlands.

Valley Farm (the cottage)

Although 200 years old the house is refurbished in a contemporary style. There are four bedrooms (2 doubles, 2 twins), two bathrooms, a large sitting/dining room, a large kitchen/breakfast room and a separate utility/boot room (with laundry facilities).

The house will comfortably sleep eight adults there is in addition a cot and two fold-up beds to accommodate one or two additional guests.

The house is surrounded by a fenced lawn and patio area and set in 8 acres of its own land, with views of pasture, orchard, stream and mixed woodland beyond. The area has abundant flora and wildlife; red deer, birds of prey, hill ponies. Fantastic walks from door (Quantocks Greenway). Close to fossil beaches and Exmoor national park. Local National Trust property, country houses and gardens. Mountain biking. Hill boarding. Horse riding.
