Due to the rural location of New Barn Holiday House, a car is recommended so that you can explore nearby locations such as; the Cotswolds, Malvern Hills, Gloucester (Cathedral) and Cheltenham, famous for its racecourse. All of these locations are within a 10 to 30 minute drive from the property, so all are easily accessible. If you don t wish to travel far then the country walks surrounding the property are absolutely brilliant.
New Barn Holiday House has a fully equipped kitchen, should you wish to cater for your-selves all week, however, there are an abundance of local public houses and fine dining restaurants (Corse Lawn Hotel) in the nearby towns and villages that offer fantastic meals.

New Barn Holiday Cottage (the cottage)GROUND FLOOR:
The property is entered through a large tiled reception hall, with split staircases rising from the hall. Leading off the reception hall is a downstairs cloakroom/shower room, large fully equipped family kitchen, snug (with double sofa bed for extra guests), dining room and brick walled lounge, with log effect fire. Leading off the lounge area, is a luxurious oak built sun room with comfortable seating and views of the large gardens.
At the top of the split staircase is a spacious galleried landing that comprises a comfortable living area. From this galleried area, there are four bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: large double master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: twin bedroom.
Bedroom 3: twin bedroom.
Bedroom 4: double bedroom with en-suite cloakroom (hand basin and low level w.c.)
Bathroom: Bathroom which comprises a shaped bath with shower and screen, pedestal wash basin and low level w.c.
The property is approached over a gravelled drive leading to a parking area and garaging. The garage block is part timbered with red brick and a tiled roof, and has both light and power connected to it. Double timber gates lead onto a mainly walled, gravelled area with feature cider press. A floral archway leads onto the main garden area which is beautifully spacious for playing.
