Somers Hiscott nestles in a secluded rural location in the heart of North Devon's beautiful countryside south of Barnstaple. This large, recently renovated luxury 6-bedroom house can offer up to 12 guests (and pets) the tranquil getaway people hope for when coming on holiday. While staying in this charming, dog friendly, property you can enjoy the 41 acres of land, where you can discover the orchard, bluebell woods, an ancient orchard and the lake.

This spacious property offers the guests a great deal of luxury and no expense has been spared to fully equip this beautiful holiday cottage. Along with an American style fridge/freezer, which comes complete with a ice cream maker, and wine fridge, all guest can enjoy the use of the Xbox and 55" smart TV.

Each of the six bedrooms are decorated to a very high standard with one double with queen size bed on the ground floor and five bedrooms upstairs. Five bedrooms benefit from zip and link beds allowing them to be made up as either a king or twin depending on guest requirements. Four of the bedrooms, including the one located on the ground floor are en-suites, whilst the final two bedrooms share the family bathroom. All bathrooms benefit from impeccable design and underfloor heating.

Somers Hiscott is in an idyllic location, allowing the guests to explore the glorious surroundings, including the award winning North Devon coastline, including Woolacombe Beach. As well as being able to relax on the golden sands, there are many other activities to do to entertain the children, from taking a stroll around the local gardens, to enjoying the roller-coaster at The Milky Way. There is so much to enjoy in this fabulous location.
