Within a few miles of the house is Exmoor. This beautiful National Park is stunning throughout the year and dramatically reaches the sea at Lynton and Lynmouth, twin towns connected via the Cliff Railway.
Prospect House is also close to the popular North Devon Beaches, including Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde. With miles of golden sands, these blue flag beaches are ideal for building sand castles, swimming, surfing or just sunbathing.

The pet and child friendly house has something for all the family, from its elegant living rooms and three double bedrooms to its games lounge and garden.
Split over three floors there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a memorable family holiday.
On the ground floor there are three large living rooms, including a relaxing lounge with wood floors and sash windows, games lounge featuring toy chest, PlayStation and Wii, and a rear lounge with comfy sofas, French doors and dining area. There is also a well equipped kitchen with all manner of appliances and gadgets, including electric oven, gas hob, Aga, microwave, large dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine. A utility room and downstairs shower room are also found on the ground floor.
The three very pretty double bedrooms with views of the village, garden or rolling Devon hills are all situated on the first floor along with the spacious family bathroom.
Neatly fitting under the eaves of Prospect House are the final bedrooms, which children will adore. The first is a twin with two full size single beds while the other features a double futon bed and option of an additional single bed.
To the rear of Prospect House is the large garden, which is both dog and child friendly. There is also a nice paved patio area perfect for alfresco dinners and summer BBQ's and a timber climbing frame with swing and slide.
