The Linhay at Lower Hearson Farm

A comfortable cottage converted from the old Linhay and stable with exposed beams in the sitting room and its own courtyard garden nearby.

It has three bedrooms; a double and two twins. The double room, with ample room for a cot, benefits from an en-suite shower room. There is also a separate bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob & built in oven, microwave and a fridge freezer. The comfortable dining/living area has a TV, Freeview, Video, DVD Player & mini Hi-Fi.

The property is fully centrally heated. Between the months of September and May central heating is available in the cottage (for heating times see terms and conditions page). The cost of central heating is included within the cottage rental. Central heating is switched off from the beginning of June to the end of August. Electricity is included in the cottage rental. Bed linen is provided, and all beds will be made up awaiting your arrival.
