More about Cross Farm (the location)

The cottage is located on the edge of the pretty village of Goodleigh and 20 mins from Exmoor or Saunton Sands with miles of golden sandy beach. There are lovely walks from the cottage and we accept up to 3 dogs.

The Byre (the cottage)

The Byre is a beautiful barn conversion, in the style of a French Gites. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 master, en-suite, a twin and a bunk room. The living area is open plan, with a very well equipped kitchen, with washing machine/tumble-dryer, dish-washer, c=electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer and all the usual kitchen appliances. The dining room has a lovely pine Refectory table that sits 6 in comfort and the lounge has two very comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV with Wi and games.
Outside there are two garden areas, one fenced-in for security and both have wooden garden furniture. The bottom garden has a brick BBQ.
