The picturesque stone cottage is situated beside a babbling brook, which helps to provide a peaceful ambiance in which to enjoy a holiday. The cottage with its charming rural views is surrounded by a large communal garden, where evening walks can be appreciated, or a spot of fishing for trout or carp can be relished in the small lake.

To take advantage of the views, the living room with dining area and lounge has been cleverly positioned on the first floor of the cottage, and benefits from a small balcony. Downstairs, there is a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Bugford Cottages is ideally situated for exploring the best North Devon has to offer. From the cottage it is only a short drive to the beautiful coastline made up of golden beaches, secluded coves and dramatic cliffs. Exmoor National Park is also within easy reach and with its abundance of wildlife and stunning scenery it is a great place to spend a day.

Just a mile away is the Pyne Arms, a traditional old village pub with a cosy restaurant serving good food. For special occasions Kentisbury Grange, with Michael Caines' restaurant The Coach House, is less than a ten-minute drive.
