Whitewalls Cottage is situated in the village of Mithian which is about one and a half miles from the small town of St Agnes and a similar distance from the sea. The location is ideal for access to the A30 road for travel to all of Cornwall's major attractions. Truro is seven miles from the cottage.

Quaint 18th century Grade II listed thatched cottage offering cosy accommodation for 2 people. Whitewalls is comfortably furnished in modern style with a blue and white theme in the sitting room and bedroom. Entry to the cottage is through a side gate into a small private courtyard with colourful pots of plants and a bench for 2. A stable door leads into the galley kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge, toaster, kettle, sufficient crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for two people. The sitting room with its exposed beams and a slate and stone hearth for an open fire has comfortable seating, TV with Freeview digital channels and integrated DVD, and CD player /radio. The downstairs bathroom has toilet, shower cubicle and washbasin. Steep stairs (not suitable for children, elderly or infirm people) go up to the bedroom which is light and bright with a window to the front and side. It has a double bed (bed linen is provided), wardroben and drawers. A radio alarm clock and hairdryer are provided. There are additional storage drawers and a cupboard in the sitting room. Parking on road outside cottage. Electricity is included in the rental. Electric storage heaters and electric fan heater in bathroom. Initial supply of coal supplied.
