Demelza at Houndapitt Cottages

Demelza is very similar to verity as it has three bedrooms; on the first floor the master double room has been newly refurbished and now has an en-suite shower room, the twin room has also been refurbished with the new main bathroom just next door. All the first floor now has new modern lighting and the bedrooms each have flat screen TV’s and large roof windows over looking the sea and farm land. The 3rd double bedroom is downstairs, together with the open plan kitchen & living area which has more views overlooking the fields to the rear. There is dining table and 4 chairs, efficient kitchen area with fridge with freezer compartment electric built in oven & hob, microwave and much more, the welcoming lounge space has comfortable sofas a flatscreen television with DVD player.
