Is the white 3 story cottage adjoining Willy Wilcox and looks down onto the Beach and the Boats below - Cornwall This traditional, old, fisherman's cottage is the 'brother' to Willy Wilcox. It sits on Polperro's outer harbour wall and over the beach. On sunny days, watch from your windows, the boats landing their catches or preparing for sea, as they have done for 100s of years. Now, one of Cornwall's most popular self catering holiday cottages. It has a large drawing room on the middle floor, with low timber beams, a log fire and formal dining area. 3 bedrooms sleeping 5, a bathroom and an en-suite shower room.
OUT OF SEASON tariff is for just 2 guests with a small charge for extra visitors.
During winter storms, you will be lashed by spray as waves break on the rocks - imagine you are on the Eddystone Lighthouse. Out of season, the cottage is as popular as during the summer. A lovely small shared BBQ terrace at the back of our 2 cottages. A Cornish Cream Tea awaits your arrival.

Charlie Wilcox Cottage (formerly Quay Cottage) has a faithful following who return every year. The cottage, on three stories, is full of nooks, crannies and character. All the windows look down into the harbour, across the beach out to sea - a grandstand view. You enter on the middle floor of this beautiful, snug cottage. It has a large drawing room on the middle floor, with low timber beams, open log fireplace and formal dining.
Downstairs, you have the fully equipped kitchen which also has a small breakfast table. There is a downstairs 5' double or twin bedroom with brand new en-suite shower room. "Upstairs" is the very interesting bathroom and two bedrooms - a 5' double main bedroom and a single bedroom with an additional drop down child's bed. Heating is by storage heaters in reception rooms and wall convectors in upstairs bedrooms. A lovely small shared BBQ terrace at the back of our 2 cottages.
