Enjoy comfortable self-catering accommodation in these three North Cornwall countryside holiday cottages. Situated in idyllic rural surroundings and furnished to a high standard, Aldermoor Cottages offer a quiet and peaceful holiday to families, friends and walkers. Dogs are welcome.

Situated a short distance outside Camelford in the heart of Rosamund Pilcher country, the cottages are within walking distance of Bodmin Moor and Jamaica Inn made famous by Daphne Du Maurier. There is also golfing nearby, surfing at Polzeath and the wonderful Camelford Trail for walkers and cyclists.

Aldermoor Cottages are also within easy reach of Boscastle, Tintagel, Padstow and Port Isaac on the North Cornwall coast, as well as The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan and numerous National Trust properties.

The Old Barn sleeps 2. This quaint single storey granite barn next to the Farmhouse has been converted and thoughtfully renovated to provide spacious and comfortable, one-bedroom accommodation for two people (plus cot).

Primrose Cottage sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms. Primrose is an irresistibly charming example of a traditional Cornish cottage with thick stone walls, deep window recesses, leaded windows and beamed ceilings.

Sarah’s Cottage also sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms. This traditional old cottage has a truly romantic feel. Sarah’s Cottage has exposed beams, thick granite walls, low upstairs ceilings and a wood-burning stove in the large, original Cornish fireplace that once housed a range.

Being so tucked away from it all, everything necessary for a care-free holiday is provided for your convenience. Facilities include:

A games room with a table tennis table, small snooker table and a variety of games, toys, books and jigsaw puzzles

A laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and communal freezer.

A patio area outside the games room.

Saturday changeover: arrival after 3pm, departure by 10am

Pets are welcome on the understanding that they are kept under control at all times and are not left unsupervised in the cottages.
