More about Orchard Cottage (the location)

The cottage is situated inside a former walled garden within the grounds of Newtimber Place, which is about 7 miles North of Brighton. There are fruit trees on the walls and the rest of the area is grass. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and bath; the twin bedroom has its own shower room and toilet (not ensuite) and the downstairs bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath. There is a fully fitted kitchen with the usual appliances including freezer, microwave, washer/dryer machine and dishwasher. There is parking for 3 cars. The rear garden is fenced securely for children.

There are lots of walks nearby and the cottage is within the proposed South Downs National Park.
