Bruern Holiday Cottages have been national winner of the English Tourism Council's Excellence in England Gold and Silver Awards for Self-Catering Holidays.

Set on the left hand side of Bruern's pretty courtyard, Epsom cottage sleeps 5 in three bedrooms (an extra cot or camp bed can be added upon request), of which two have wonderfully luxurious four-poster beds. It also has the benefit of a large private garden with pretty pergola and garden furniture. Like all the cottages at Bruern it has been carefully interior designed to combine high quality furnishings with luxurious antique pieces, opulent soft furnishings and elegant colour palette, along with all mod cons including dishwasher and microwave etc. The downstairs boasts a huge drawing room with dining area offering views from three-sides and flooded with light from the windows, whilst upstairs, the bedrooms are fabulously luxurious with a large four-poster in the master and a single four-poster, ideal for would-be little princesses - in the single. The twin is also elegantly decorated. The master bedroom has its own en-suite, whilst the remaining bedrooms share a large family bathroom. The piece de resistance is the large private garden with its pretty rose pergola and garden furnishings which top off this exquisite retreat.

In the beautifully landscaped communal gardens and grounds, facilities include tennis, croquet, swimming, gym and the Stables Spa offering all sorts of treatments and pampering, including massages, facials, manicures and pedicures. Our spa has been featured on Tatler’s 101 Best Spas in the world.
There is also a special play area for children with a mini-playground, two-storey Wendy house and a heated play cabin with dressing up clothes, toys, art materials and fantastic retro pedal cars and tractors.

Bruern's central location makes it an excellent base for exploring The Cotswolds - Oxford is half an hour away, Stratford-upon-Avon and the Shakespeare National Theatre under an hour, and Cheltenham (racing and the annual Literary Festival) much the same. There are lovely wildlife walks in the neighbouring Nature Reserve at Foxholes and along the Oxfordshire Way, which runs through Bruern.

Bruern is also easy to get to by both train and car - Central London is just an hour and a half by either, and there are direct trains from there to Kingham station which is just 5 minutes drive away. It is also about the same distance from Birmingham and Bristol.
