A very well apponted barn conversion located in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the outskirts of Tenterden - the Jewel in the Weald.

Tenterden is a historic town and in 1449 it became a member of the Cinques Ports. The town has many local attractions as well as excellent shopping. The town is very well placed to visit the many National Trust and English Heritage properties in Kent. It is ideal for golfing (Tenterden, Chart Hills and Dale Hill), for fishing and walking tours. The town is also within easy reach of the historic towns of Canterbury, Royal Tunbridge Wells and Rye.

Ramsden Oast Cottage (the cottage)

The cottage is a relatively new barn conversion and has been fitted out to very high standard.

The Sitting Room/Dining Room is a very bright room and is very well equipped with comfortable settee and armchair, coffee table, TV/DVD with freeview, bookcase, dining table and 4 chairs and a number of lamps. Down from the Dining area is a very well equipped kitchen with hob cooker, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave toaster as well as a full complement of kichen utensils. There ia also access to large freezer and a drier in the neighbouring garage.

The bedroom is very spacious and again has been furnished to a high standard with large wardrobes, drawers and bedside tables and full length mirror all in a quality pine. The bedroom has an en suite shower room with heated towel rail and bathroom mirror cabinet.

There is a private fenced in garden area which has outside table and chairs. The owner has other open areas that would be available to use. There is a private parking spot next to the cottage.
