Oasthouse at Cradducks Farm

The Oasthouse fitted with smart comfortable interior. It can sleep up to 7 people. Well behaved children and pets are welcome. Pets cost an additional ?25 per pet per week. Smokers are allowed but must not within the building. When Renting the Oast a ?200 deposit will be taken. This will be returned after you leave and the property has been returned without damage.

The Oasthouse has been recently renovated and made suitable for holiday accommodation.

Downstairs

The Main barn of the Oasthouse contains a large fully fitted kitchen / dining area; finished in Oak. It has integrated Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine Cooker and Dishwasher. The solid Oak table comfortably seats 7 people and all amenities are provided. The Roundel contains the Lounge with comfortable seating Flat Screen TV and DVD player / recorder. The ground floor also boasts and shower room with large walk-in shower. A games room is also provided.

The first floor

There is a master bedroom in the roundel this has a four poster bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets and drawers. There is a large family bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. The third bedroom has a single bed with second hideaway single bed with wardrobe and drawers. The fourth bedroom has one single bed and set of drawers.

All linen is included with the cost of rental. There is also a large open garden area which guests are welcome to use. A cot and high chair are available on request.
