There is also a downstairs bedroom / study with WC. Oil fired central heating, woodburner in hall and snug TV room, open fire in sitting room, electic Aga plus combi microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, freezer, TV, DVD. Very child friendly with river and swimming areas fenced off and gated. Ample off street parking. Sorry no dogs or smokers.


As well as the main house Riverside Cottage has a self contained Studio to sleep 2 +2 ( two double beds) for single or multiply night stays.
