Newly built and opened for business this year, room38 has its own private entrance and sole use of a small enclosed outside space to the front. Fresh and modern inside, the accommodation is compact but perfectly formed consisting of a double bed, en-suite shower room, kitchen area with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and crockery, cutlery etc. A welcome pack of tea, milk and other essentials is provided on arrival.

On the edge of the New forest with good road and transport links, it is the perfect base for exploring the National Park and the rest of the South Coast.
