On the ground floor of each cottage there is an open plan kitchen/living, area fully equipped for a party 4 with an open fire in the living area; shower room and access to shared utility room.

Upstairs there are two double/twin bedrooms and a further bathroom.

Ash and Hawthorn selfcatering cottages can be combined for larger parties of up to eight persons or could be combined with the adjacent Arnvicar Farmhouse for a large family group.

At the rear, through a communal lobby there is access to a utility room containing the washing machine and tumble drier, barbecues and garden furniture.

The cottages face west and look out over open farmland offering, on fine days, a lovely view of Ben Lomond. To the south can be seen the Fintry Hills and Campsie Fells.
