More about Larachbeag (the location)

Larachbeag is a renovated, tastefully decorated lower cottage flat in the picturesque Perthshire village of Killin. All local amenities are close by, the famous Falls of Dochart are five minutes' walk away, and many local walks start within the village. A short drive takes you through spectacular scenery to explore this area of the Highlands.

Our accommodation comprises:
Spacious living room with open fire, dining table, sofa-bed, TV, hi-fi, DVD player.
Double bedroom (bed has electric blanket) with wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bathroom with WC, handbasin, electric shower over the bath, heated towel rail, shaver point.
Kitchenette with cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans and utensils.

Electric heaters with timers warm the house. The open fire burns coal, peat and logs. An electric immerser provides hot water. Electricity is by £1 coin meter.

For your safety, there are two smoke alarms, two fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.

Outside, off-road parking is next to the house.

Please note, our accommodation is strictly for non-smokers.
Well-behaved pets accepted by prior arrangement.
