The Muckle Snug at Haddington

The farm byre until 2013, The Muckle Snug is now a modern and comfortable home from home, with two bedrooms and an additional sofa bed providing welcoming accommodation for up to six people.

Being all set on one level, it's suitable for wheelchair users, and has been specifically designed to be child-friendly with families in mind.

The fully equipped kitchen is set around a large dining table, while the open-plan lounge contains floor to ceiling windows to get the best of the outstanding views. Relax on one of two sofas in front of the LCD TV, or get cosy in front of the woodburning stove.

The master bedroom has a large and comfortable double bed, an ensuite shower room and toilet, and a walk-in wardrobe. The twin room has a large built-in cupboard and a second door into the family bathroom, which can be used as an ensuite or independently.

The views across the fields towards Traprain Law, Berwick Law and the Bass Rock are stunning, and there's a private deck and enclosed garden, with barbecue and charcoal provided, for you to enjoy the peace and seclusion of this beautiful spot.

The rental price is inclusive of towels and linen, heating and electricity. Travel cot and high chair available on request at no extra charge.
