The Rookery is a small development of three self-catering holiday cottages in Ambleside the Lake District, Cumbria. Each cottage is beautifully situated on the banks of Stock Ghyll, just yards from the centre of Ambleside, in the heart of the English Lake District.

Each cottage is well-equipped and kept very clean to ensure you and your family have a fabulous holiday in some of England's loveliest countryside.

Each cottage is Wi-Fi enabled so if you take your own laptop you should be able to access the internet on a fast broadband link free of charge.

A well-behaved dog is welcome at each cottage.
