Ravenbridge Mill

is an exquisite place of beauty and tranquillity with opportunity for varied activities on-site and near by. The 17th century house is set in 21 acres of orchard, woodlands and fields with its own lake and two rivers running through the site for you to enjoy.
It is situated in the Eden Valley, East Cumbria, on the edge of the North Pennines, and with the North lakes included in the view from the field.

It is 13 miles east of Penrith, 20 to 25 minutes from J40 of the M6.

The house sleeps 10 people in comfort (more by special arrangement). We invite you to come and stay: make the house and grounds your home for a week or two of blissful self-catering holiday, retreat, conference or activity break.

you wish to accommodate additional people.

-Spacious kitchen with aga plus 4 additional electric
rings and a microwave.
-Dishwasher, 2 fridges, freezer, washing machine,
tumble dryer.
-The large dining table seats 12.
-Central heating
-Games studio with snooker table and table tennis.
-Landline available for UK calls and dial-up to internet.
(Not broadband.)
-Ample parking.
-Lifejackets and boats. (Swimming and boating on the
lake is entirely at your own risk. It is very deep; 10
feet leading to 20 feet.)
-Kayak, canoe and coracle.
-Sauna.
-Trampoline and badminton.
-We supply: Clean bed linen, hand towels and tea
towels. You supply: bath towels.
