Springer's Corner is a beautifully appointed detached bungalow overlooking the River Whiteadder.

The bungalow is approximately three miles from the historic walled town of Berwick upon Tweed and approximately one mile from the A1.

Within easy reach of both Edinburgh and Newcastle, Springer's Corner is superbly situated for discovering the many attractions of Northumberland and the Scottish Borders.

Springers Corner (the cottage)

The bungalow has two double bedrooms (one en-suite); bathroom; utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer; fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (in fact, all the usual kitchen appliances); dining room; living room with LCD TV; digital freeview box; home cinema surround system and comfy leather sofas. There is internet access if required.

From the living room you can access a beautiful sun deck complete with patio furniture and a BBQ - the ideal place to watch the sun set over the river.

Springer's Corner comes complete with fishing rights for brown; sea and rainbow trout. The fishing rights are the width of the property and half way across the river.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Heating and electricity are included in the rental price.

Smoking is not allowed inside the bungalow.

A maximum of two well behaved dogs are welcome.
