Situated just outside the hamlet of Langrick, seven miles north-west of Boston and 8 miles to the south of the historic village of Tattershall, Witham Cottage is perfectly placed to reach all parts of Lincolnshire. A county rich in natural and historical heritage, there's an abundant choice of old market towns, nature reserves and beaches, walks, cycling, historic houses, monuments, RAF history and the majestic city of Lincoln.

Witham Cottage (the cottage)

A beautiful self-contained annex to a classic Georgian farmhouse occupied by the owners of the cottage. The cottage has been carefully and lovingly prepared in the Country style to reflect the charming and peaceful surroundings.

Tastefully decorated in calm pastel shades, a comfortable sitting room awaits with an electric log burner as its centrepiece, complete with sofa, two armchairs, TV, DVD player and selection of books and local guides. The modern kitchen has everything needed to create a delicious dinner to enjoy at the end of a wonderful day exploring the area.

Off the sitting room is a charming en suite bedroom with solid wooden furniture leading to a smart and sparkling white shower room.

The cottage sits in two acres of gardens which are yours to explore. Bring a few books you've been meaning to read and revel in the peace and quiet.

A moment away from the front door is the private river frontage. Take in the fabulous big skies and sounds of the countryside with a cup of coffee in the morning or a pre-dinner glass of wine in the evening.
