Witham Cottage is self-catering accommodation set in two acres of private grounds with direct access to the River Witham. It is the perfect retreat for discerning clientele to enjoy the best that rural Lincolnshire has to offer. The cottage is fully functional as a relaxing home from home available for hire (minimum stay two nights).

Guests will find this most comfortable residence suitable for a romantic get-away or a relaxing bolt-hole at any time of the year. Take in everything this quiet part of the world has to offer or hibernate in cosy surroundings that await. The cottage is equipped with everything necessary for a relaxing time; just unpack the bags and unwind.

The grounds abut the River Witham at a very picturesque point as it takes its journey north to Lincoln. The bank is suitable for leisurely river-side walks, fishing and boating activities.

There are many excellent restaurants and country pubs within easy reach of Witham Cottage. For those who prefer to dine-in, the Cottage is fully equipped for self-catering with a range of modern kitchen appliances, pans, cutlery and crockery. For the further convenience of guests free wi-fi Internet access is available. During the warmer months guests have exclusive access to a gas-powered barbeque and ample outdoor seating. In winter the Cottage benefits from central heating and an electric log burner in the sitting room creates a perfect setting for cosy evenings.

The Cottage is intended to sleep just two people. To maintain the high standard of accommodation we ask that guests do not smoke in the Cottage and, regrettably, we do not permit pets.
