Bill and Barbara Read would like to offer you a warm welcome to their self catering holiday cottages, which are situated at the entrance to the farm in the picturesque parish of Rigsby.

Rigsby is just 1.5 miles West of Alford, a historic charming market town in the Lincolnshire Wolds - an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Our cottages are fully equipped, warm and sleeps up to 4 people. This is a peaceful rural retreat, perfect for walking yet an ideal touring base, within easy access of blue flag award winning beaches, Louth, Horncastle, Lincoln and many of the attractions of Lincolnshire.

Downstairs:
- Double glazed and heated entry porch.
- Roomy fully fitted kitchen/diner with seating for four. Appliances include: dishwasher, fitted electric oven with hob/stove-top, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster.
- Cosy lounge with seating for six,digital TV with DVD/CD player and feature fireplace.
- Cloakroom with toilet and washing machine.

Upstairs:
- Master bedroom with comfortable double bed.
- Second bedroom with two single beds (the second bed is a pull out bed.)
- Generous bathroom with independent shower over corner bath.

Outside:
-Private parking for two vehicles.
-Country cottage style garden with lockable cycle shed and clothes line.
-Grassed paddock area to rear of the accommodation.
Heating:
Oil fired full central heating and ample hot water.

Other:
- Cotton linen and towels are provided along with toilet paper, washing up liquid, washing powder etc.
- Travel cot, high chair, stair gate available on request.
- There are various adult and children board games, puzzle books and DVD films to enjoy.
- You will also find binoculars for bird watching.
- Cycles can be hired from James' Cycles in Alford (Tel: 01507 463329)
- Smoke free for the comfort of all our guests.
- Daily papers can be delivered if required.
- A welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and sugar and either homemade flapjack, cake or locally produced Lincolnshire Plum Bread is included.
