Set on a gentle hillside in a pretty valley at the southern end of the Lincolnshire Wolds, this delightful cottage was tastefully restored and re-wired in 2007 and provides excellent holiday accommodation.

From the porch, enter into a comfortable, well equipped and welcoming lounge where it is too easy to relax and doze on the leather recliners. From the lounge enter a separate modern fitted and well-equipped kitchen/diner with adjacent utility room fridge/freezer, washing machine and central heating boiler. A separate large shower room with hand basin and WC. Two bedrooms, both furnished with ample wardrobes, chests of drawers, double beds, one bedroom with two additional single beds and one bedroom with baby?s cot.

Outside, large gardens are a wildlife haven and offer ample space to enjoy the fresh air and the freedom of this rural, tranquil setting.
