Greetham Retreat provides superb luxury 4*Star Gold Award self catering accommodation, surrounded by the breathtaking views of the Lincolnshire Wolds, a perfect location for relaxation and the quiet enjoyment of the countryside.
We have five individual cottages, all graded as 4*(4stars)quality and they all also have the prestigious Gold Award for excellence from VisitEngland. Two cottages are suitable for larger families or parties of four or six plus three smaller cottages designed specifically for couples - ideal for a romantic short break or holiday with a loved one. All the accommodation is very smart with a contemporary feel. All have quality leather and oak furnishings, some have features such as a wet room or whirlpool baths, all bedrooms having en-suite facilities.
The location is perfect for walking, cycling, birdwatching and anyone interested in nature conservation. Guests enjoy four acres of private grounds that include wildlife ponds, wildflower meadows, new woodland areas with paths and seating taking full advantage of the glorious views. Our cottages are Katie's Corner that sleeps up to 6. Maggie's Mews that sleeps up to 4. Wendy's Wing, Rose's Rest & Laura's Loft that can sleep up to 2 guests in each of these cottages. If all five cottages are rented together we can accommodate up to 16 guests. There is also an excellent guest lounge area and courtyard with tables and chairs for all cottage guests to enjoy. We also offer Holistic Therapy treatments for all guests if you really want to unwind and de-stress. We are located within the Lincolnshire Wolds about half an hour drive from the beautiful Cathedral city of Lincoln and a several coastal seaside resorts. Horncastle, famous for its many antique shops is only 5 minutes away and the market town of Louth is only 15 minutes away.
