The cottage is warm and comfortable and maintained to a high standard. It has a south facing, partly walled cottage garden with a small lawn and paved area with outdoor seating.

The cottage is of red brick and flint construction and is all that survives of the original Badingham workhouse building.

Kitchen/Dining Room

The kitchen has a refrigerator, small freezer, cooker, microwave, small dishwasher, washing machine, water softener and dining area.

Sitting Room

The heart of the cottage offers light but cosy surroundings with television, DVD and music system. An initial supply of wood and coal for the stove will be supplied.

Cloakroom

The cloakroom has a toilet and washbasin and ample storage space for coats, boots and shoes.

Upstairs

The double and single bedrooms are adjoined by a spacious dressing room. The bathroom has a basin, toilet and bath/shower. All bed linen is provided and towels can be provided for a small additional cost.
