More about Baylham House Farm (the location)

Baylham House Rare Breeds Farm is in the middle of the beautiful County of Suffolk in Eastern England and is a small livestock farm breeding farm animals that were once common but are now very rare.

Our self-catering holiday accommodation is self-contained within the farmhouse and is available for farm holidays throughout the year. It is equipped to a very high standard, will sleep four plus a cot and is classified by the Tourist Board with three stars.

The Annexe (the cottage)

Our self-catering holiday unit, the Annexe, will sleep four adults and a cot. It is laid out with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a sitting room, a bathroom and a separate toilet all upstairs. The twin beds are 2ft 6ins wide and may not suit a larger adult. Downstairs there is an entrance hall, storage and a kitchen with a dining area. Central heating and hot water are oil fired and cooking is by electricity. Towels, linen, heating oil and electricity are all provided within the rental cost. A baby's cot is available at a small extra charge and a high chair free of charge can be provided.

The accommodation is fitted out with all you will need for a self-catering holiday. There is a micorwave, an electric cooker, a fridge with a small freezer compartment, a washing machine / drier, colour TV and VCR. The kitchen contains a comprehensive range of equipment so, if cordon bleu cooking is your thing , you will still be able to produce your favourite family meals.
