Worthing watermill is on the river Blackwater, a tributary of Norfolk 's river Wensum, on a site dating back to Saxon times.

It is in a quiet rural Norfolk setting, where the most common noise is that of ducks and bird-song.

The 'living' area, on the first floor is largely open plan with exposed beams; comprising kitchen, dining and lounge areas and a reading 'snug' beneath the mill's crown wheel.
