Redbricks is one half of a stunning former Victorian schoolhouse situated in the small village of Edgefield, near the charming Georgian town of Holt. It is within a short drive of North Norfolk's many glorious beaches and holiday attractions.

Professionally designed and decorated to a high standard with a large, safe garden Redbricks provides a relaxed environment for a memorable holiday.

Redbricks can comfortably accommodate parties of 8 with additional space if necessary.

For eating and drinking out Redbricks is within easy reach of numerous excellent pubs and restaurants and only a 5 minute walk from The Pigs, Norfolk?s hottest new gastropub.

Redbricks Cottage (the cottage)

The light and airy master bedroom is on the first floor at the front of the house.

It has a kingsize double bed, a large built in cupboard, full length wall mirror and a chest of drawers. A bedside telephone is also to hand.

The second bedroom, bunk bedroom, upstairs toilet with hand basin and the linen closet are all on the same floor.

Ideally suited for four children, the bunk bedroom has accommodated many grown-ups in its time as well!

There is room enough for everyone to relax, read books or play games away from the adults.

A cot is also available if required and a foam, flip-out chairbed can be provided to accommodate a fifth child.

This charming L-shaped room can be arranged with a single, twin or kingsized bed - just let us know which one you need!

The living room is all about entertainment and relaxation with two large sofas arranged around a cosy woodburner. There is also a comfortable leather rocking chair.

You could take advantage of the many books, board games and jigsaw puzzles available, or just sit back and enjoy the 32? LCD television and the SKY+ TV package, which includes all of the premium Sky Sports channels. Over 100 DVD films are also available.

In addition there is a computer with broadband internet connection (and free wireless connectivity), Playstation 2 with numerous games and a separate TV and DVD player in the study with its own SKY Digital TV package, which should take care of any arguments over what to watch!

The kitchen / diner is generously equipped with everything you will need for eating, drinking and being merry with family and friends. There is a range style cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, CD player, DAB radio and should you have brought along the butler, a butler sink. The large wooden refectory table is positioned near the french doors leading onto the terrace.

By day the kitchen is light, bright and functional. By night it becomes warm and welcoming, and on cooler evenings the lit woodburner will add a cosy glow to the proceedings.

There is also an additional fridge/freezer in the utility room along with a washing machine and tumble dryer and (this will please the butler) another butler sink.
