Cottage Location.Situated on the edge of a quiet north Norfolk village, this spacious cottage for 2 between Cromer & Norwich is traditionally decorated and furnished to create a warm, homely cottage atmosphere. The cottage is fully CENTRALLY HEATED and has a welcoming wood burner for a cosy winter's evening. Just 4 miles from the seaside town of CROMER, Hope Cottage is ideally placed for exploring all the varied attractions of north Norfolk including the historic cathedral city of Norwich, the famous NORFOLK BROADS and the seal & tern colonies at Blakeney.
The well-equipped kitchen with microwave, electric cooker, hob, integral washer & fridge has beech worktops and large butler's sink. The spacious lounge with inglenook, woodburning stove and central heating has a separate area for dining and is ideal for a relaxing evening. Opening out to the conservatory it has private southerly views of the garden. Stairs lead to a large pretty double bedroom with seating area, TV & views of the garden. The bathroom with shower over the bath is on the ground floor.
Surrounded by National trust land, peaceful wildlife walks to Blickling Hall, nearby market towns and narrow gauge railways, Hope Cottage offers a relaxing retreat from which to explore north Norfolk.

The cottage is in an ideal position from which to explore the main attractions of north Norfolk
