Waver house is situated in the charming village of Cavendish in Sudbury. You can walk from your doorstep to the pond where children and grown up?s alike can wile away a morning feeding the ducks. You are only a stones throw from The Green at Cavendish, where in peak season fates, bonfires and such like are held. After a tiring day why not pop into The George pub opposite or The Bull Inn, not to mention all the great days out right on your doorstep.

Waver house itself has 4 bedrooms and boasts 3 bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom; a luxury kitchen diner, with French doors to the garden.
